Experience

Jenny is a seasoned wife and mom, who has spent decades mentoring teens, young single women, mothers,

and married couples.

As a therapist, Jenny utilizes evidence-based interventions with a holistic view of the human person grounded in the Catholic faith. 

 

Jenny believes our unique life story contributes to our emotional, mental, behavioral and spiritual dynamics in the present. Based on the individual needs to her clients, Jenny uses a variety of therapeutic orientations such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic therapy, etc. Jenny is trained in EMDR, an evidence based treatment which promotes healing from traumatic/disturbing memories and experiences.

 

In addition, she has received training at the John Paul II Healing Center. Jenny completed her clinical internship at Sante Center for Healing, an inpatient addiction treatment center, where she worked with patients dealing with multi-diagnosis in the areas of addiction and mental health disorders.
